THE MAIN HOUSE
The heart of the main house is a 19th-century log farmhouse. Renovated and designer-decorated in 2019, the house comprises five bedrooms, five baths and a generously sized country kitchen, and showcases a heated, saltwater swimming pool, an 8-person sauna and a spacious hot tub, all set within a beautifully landscaped backyard. Additionally, the outdoor amenities include a fridge and two BBQs – a standard propane BBQ and a smoker/Asado-style wood fired grill. There are also dining and lounging areas affording stunning views.
THE CHALET
Just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the main house, is a 150-year-old barn outfitted with a modern one-bedroom apartment built in 2022, offering the same breathtaking views as the main house. This comfortable apartment features an open-concept layout with a beautiful kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a gas fireplace, and a patio with a hot tub, sauna, BBQ grill and fire pit, perfect for outdoor and indoor recreation. The chalet provides a private retreat for couples or small families within the estate.
Connected to the chalet apartment, there is a spacious games room equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, arcade games and board games, catering to both kids and grown-ups alike. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities within the compound, such as swimming in the ponds and the heated saltwater pool, fishing for brook trout, paddling, playing sports and games and strolling along scenic trails through the protected forest.
